Fasteners are not included. You'll need bolts and washers for the factory mounting points — standard hardware that most shops already have on hand.

Does the bracket need to be painted before installation?

Paint is optional. If the bracket will be visible behind the bumper cover, most buyers leave it raw. If you want it finished, sand lightly and apply primer and paint before bolting it on.
