This service must be booked 8–10 weeks before your event date. If you’re outside this window, you’ll need to schedule an Emergency Consultation.

Your birthday only comes once a year, celebrate it in a Rose Collections custom design! During your consultation, we’ll bring your vision to life by discussing:

• Design concepts
• Fabric options
• Detailing and embellishments
• All other elements needed to create your perfect garment

Your final price will be determined during the consultation. If you choose to move forward, a 50% deposit is required at the end of the consultation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your garment. We’ll also review your contract and take your measurements during this appointment.

Please Note:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable, and will apply towards the garment cost if booked within the inquiry range. 
• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• We operate in Eastern Standard Time (EST), so please be mindful of time zone differences when booking.
