AFTER-SALE INSTRUCTIONS

• Crawling mat opens with creases
  Solution: Use the slow-rebound, self-recovery property of the XPE crawling mat. After cleaning, lay the mat flat on the floor; during use it will gradually recover. Recovery time ranges from 7 days to half a month, depending on crease severity.
  Explanation: Creases occur because the XPE mat is roll-packed, so the areas at the start of the roll bear fold marks.
• Crawling mat is dirty
  Solution: Wipe directly with a damp cloth moistened with clean water, soapy water, or shower gel; then air dry.
  Explanation: The XPE crawling mat is waterproof and moisture-proof, so dust remains only on the surface and can be removed by simple wiping.
• Regarding size variance
  Solution: Lay the mat flat on the floor for a few days and it will automatically return to its intended dimensions.
  Explanation: Causes of size variance:
  • All dimensions are hand-measured, introducing about ±3% error;
  • Compression during transportation can also produce slight deviations.
