Important to Know: Atelier Jupe patterns are designed to be traced before use. The pattern pieces are overlapping and printed on both sides of the sheet, so tracing is essential.

This approach allows you to preserve the original sheet, make multiple sizes, and easily adjust the fit as you go. You can use tracing paper, baking parchment, or thin wrapping paper – or we can supply you with spot and cross pattern paper to make the job even easier.

Suggested Fabrics: Choose a light or medium weight fabric that has a nice drape. Think viscose, tencel or a non-static polyester. Avoid sturdy fabrics such as heavy cotton which will not do justice to the pattern.
