The IAG Big MAF Intake is designed to work with the OEM Subaru mass air-flow sensor and is a direct fit for 2002 through 2007 Subaru WRX and STI models. This short ram intake is designed to route air to the engine in the shortest and most direct way possible. This high-performance air intake features a 3” diameter aluminum pipe that allows for greater airflow and increases the maximum flow of the mass air-flow sensor.

The IAG Big MAF Intake incorporates the use of a K&N High-Flow Air Filter. This cone-style filter is specifically engineered to capture dirt while still allowing a high volume of airflow to pass through it. K&N’s efficient filter design increases the airflow to the engine, providing a greater potential for more horsepower and torque. This washable and reusable filter can go up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required (under normal highway driving conditions), and is designed to last the life of your vehicle.

IAG’s Big MAF Intake directly connects to your Subaru’s intake manifold with a high-grade silicone transition hose. Our long-lasting silicone hoses are more flexible and durable than traditional rubber hoses. Susceptible to temperature fluctuations under the hood, rubber couplers and hoses often harden, crack or become dry rotted. Silicone hoses are able to maintain their flexibility and shape for years on end, and often outlast the life of your vehicle.

The IAG Big MAF Intake is easy to install; simply tighten down the included hose clamps to each end of the silicone transition hose to secure the pipe to the intake manifold. The OEM Subaru MAF fits directly to the MAF sensor port. To optimize performance and adjust for the larger airflow diameter, tuning is necessary after installation.
