Karella sound insulation for steel dartboards

Darts make a knocking sound when they hit the board. This knocking noise is often perceived as annoying by neighbors and other people. Karella has developed a solution for this together with sound insulation experts. The Karella sound insulation has been proven to reduce the noise when playing darts by over 80%. This means that the measured noise level remains below 30dB and does not violate the legal night's rest.

The two-part sound insulation consists of a sound insulation core and a sound insulation ring. The dartboard is attached to the core and the ring is simply placed over the core. This creates an almost complete decoupling from the wall. Thanks to this system, your dart will hardly make any noise when it hits it.

Furthermore, thanks to its size of approx. 12cm around the dartboard, the sound insulation is perfect as a catch ring for your darts. This double benefit makes Karella sound insulation even more efficient. If necessary, a commercially available surround can of course still be used over the soundproofing.
