Design

The Slash's chassis is designed for both durability and high-speed stability. Its long 13.2" wheelbase provides superior handling, while the 3.5" ground clearance allows it to tackle tough terrain with ease. The innovative clipless body system is a standout feature, offering secure, tool-free body mounting with quick access for battery changes. Reinforced chassis nerf bars and scale front and rear tube-style bumpers absorb impacts during intense races, ensuring the body and chassis remain intact. Pre-glued to dual-profile Split-Spoke SCT wheels, the licensed BFGoodrich® Mud Terrain T/A® tires are designed for maximum grip and side bite, allowing for exceptional handling on any surface. Drivetrain & Suspension

The Slash’s drivetrain is built tough, designed to handle even the most demanding conditions. The Magnum 272™ metal-gear transmission is brushless-ready, providing smooth, efficient power delivery while its sealed construction protects against debris. It’s equipped with a planetary gear differential that uses hardened steel gears for durability and requires virtually no maintenance. The Torque-Control™ slipper clutch adds an extra layer of precision, allowing drivers to manage traction across various terrains and reducing wear on the drivetrain during high-power situations.
