The Silver Queen Front XT LEG SAVER builds on the Silver Queen Front design with an XT toe insert for added toe wear and traction, combined with the added protection of the LEG SAVER bonded rim pad.

The XT toe insert protrudes 0.080" (2 mm) above the aluminum surface, providing longer wear in the toe area. A stepped shelf behind the toe grab helps increase forward bite for quicker times and improved performance.

This version includes the LEG SAVER bonded rim pad, made from tough yet resilient rubber vulcanized directly onto the sole of the shoe. LEG SAVER helps absorb impact, reduce sole bruising, and provide added comfort for tender-footed horses.

Updated with 2025 retooling, this plate now features a cleaner, brighter surface finish and a more consistent, standardized nail hole pattern for improved nailing accuracy and security.
