Sparkling Elderflower

Alcohol-Free Prosecco Alternative - 750ml

This is my Prosecco alternative. Simple as that.

It’s made in Perthshire, Scotland by a family-run winery that’s been doing this properly for years, not because it’s trendy, but because they’re good at it.

What I like about this is the balance. It’s lightly sparkling, clean and refreshing, but not sweet in that syrupy supermarket way. There’s an earthy depth to it that makes it feel grown-up. More countryside than soft drinks aisle.

This is the bottle I reach for when someone says they want something alcohol-free but still want it to feel like a proper moment. You still get the cork pop, the raised glass, the sense that you’re not missing out on anything.

It’s made with real elderflower, water, a restrained amount of sugar and a touch of citric acid to keep it crisp. Nothing flashy. Nothing fake. Just well judged.

Drink it cold. Pour it into a flute if you’re feeling fancy, or whatever glass is clean. It works either way.
