Once you have contacted us, go to PirateShip.com to print your shipping label. It is completely free to use and will save you a few bucks. 

What if it doesn't work?

Jefe’s Airsoft Solutions offers a 30-day warranty on the LABOR provided. This means that if your device still doesn't work upon receipt, you can send it back and we will work on it for free. Plus the cost of any parts that may be required.
