This is a pre-order for one pair of BLANK cast urethane parts to make your own robot earphones. Unpainted! You will receive a left shell, a left ear and a right shell with a right ear.

-The main shell is just a hair under 2" (5 cm) wide, the inside is 1 3/4" inches wide. The main shells are 1/2" thick at the widest and 1/4" thick at the thinnest and are hollow.

-The ears are an overall length of just under 2" (5 cm). They are cast solid.

Ears are cast separately and are available in plain grey or transparent glow ( will glow in the dark!) . The main shells will be cast in grey.

I designed these around an over the ear style headphone. The hooked part keeps the bud in your ear since the weight of the cast shells will yank out most plain bud style earphones. Buyer is welcome to try other styles of course! I do not have plans to make larger versions for other earphone styles, this is it! :)

Don't cover the controls when installing the headphones! I totally did this and had to fix it, oops!

You may need to dremel a small groove to make the earphones sit in the ear shell a bit better! It depends on the angle at which you want the ears, etc so I left the ear groove out so that people could angle it how they wanted.
